Shipping Information and Return Policy - Please Read All
Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina Residents will be charged
sales tax on their order.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 5-7 Business days unless on back order from the manufacturer.
With the exception of very small items such as antennas, TheradioFreq
ships to all US addresses by UPS. UPS affords both our customers and
us tracking information and insurance on your order. Please provide a full
street address for shipping.
Small single items are mailed by USPS
Our shipping charges are as follows:

Post Office Boxes
TheRadioFreq mails to Post Office Boxes by US Mail. The shipping
charges are the same. US Mail does not provide tracking and insurance.
Returns
We will accept returns within 30 days only if you receive the
incorrect item and you notify us in advance of your return and receive
a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within
10 days of notification of intent to return. It must be returned undamaged
in salable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to packaging.
Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item.
We do not refund shipping. Returns sent without authorization are
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment by UPS, save the item, the box
and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with
UPS. You may have to allow a UPS representative access to inspect the
damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will
replace the product at the carrier's expense.
Canceling Orders
If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that
you e-mail us immediately at info@theradiofreq.com. Once we ship the
item you may not return it unless it is not the item you ordered.
